COVID-19 UPDATE:
SHIPPING RATES:
All order over $50.00 shipping within the United States receives free standard shipping.
For all other domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $5.00 per order for standard shipping.
For shipments outside of the United States, shipping charges will be calculated at check out.
NOTE- We are not responsible for any custom or duty import fees.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME LINE:
Processing Time
We carefully package and inspect all items prior to shipping, so please allow 2-4 business days for order processing.
Orders with free & standard shipping take 2-5 business days to pick and pack if it is not a CUSTOM ORDER. Custom orders can take up to 21 days processing time to be made. If you prefer to have your shipment expedited or need by a specific date please ensure you choose expedited shipping service during check out. During high season please expect orders to be processed within 2-7 business days. Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
NOTE - All of our Headbands are handmade and ship once ready.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed your items will ship within the shipping time selected during check out. We strive to get items to you as fast as possible but still advise if you need order by a specific date please ensure you select appropriate shipping at time of order.

UNDELIEVERED/LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
NOTE - We are not liable or responsible for lost or stolen packages which are signed for and marked as delivered. Please ensure you review and provide correct shipping address at time of order. We are not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation or shipping addressed filled incomplete.
